Another, Quoth Jobs is developed to support iQuoth.org as well as generating funds.

By accessing or using any parts of the website at http://iquoth.org/jobs, it signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these “Terms of Use.”

1. Definitions

1.3. The User is defined as Employer (“seeking candidates”) or Jobseeker (“seeking employment”) of the Service.

1.5. Jobseeker is defined as registered practitioner or professional seeking employment by creating resume on the Service.

1.6. The Content is defined as job or resume information, message, data, link, file, material, and/or photograph you provide, submit, upload, post, or make available on or through the Service.

2. Modification or Revisions of the Terms of Use

2.1. You understand and agree that iQuoth.org reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these “Terms of Use” at any time without further notice and liability to you or any other person, and you understand and agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.

4.1. You understand and agree that as you register, you will not use the Service if you are not of legal employment age in your respective country to apply for a job.

4.2. You understand and agree that as you register, you will not create more than one personal profile, or account.

4.3. You understand and agree that as you register, you will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardise the security of your account. That is, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken in connection with the Service. iQuoth.org will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. You must immediately notify iQuoth.org of any unauthorised uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

4.4. You understand and agree that as you register, you will not transfer your account to anyone. The access rights granted to you under the “Terms Of Use” are non-transferable without first getting our written permission.

4.5. You understand and agree that as you register, you will not falsify your own or any other identity.

5. Proper Use

7.2. Fees will be charged as you add your job into the Service.

7.3. Fees are made and displayed in US dollars.

7.4. Fees may vary at any time without notice.

7.5. User may use coupon for discount.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Should Employers decide later to withdraw their paid job posting, request for refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of iQuoth.org.

9. Non-Human Visitors

9.1. Any Non-Human Visitors to the Service are restricted to access the Service.

9.2. Any Non-Human Visitors to the Service shall be considered agents of the individual(s) who controls, authors, or otherwise makes use of them. Such individual(s) shall be deemed responsible for the actions of their Non-Human Visitor devices in the same manner as if they personally visited the Service.

9.3. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather Content from the Service automatically.

10. Indemnity

12.2. If User wishes to terminate his/her account, s/he may simply discontinue using the Service without giving any reasons.

16.1. You understand and agree that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser’s cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

17.1. Users are responsible to ensure that they comply to their country’s law, regulation and legislation on employment.

17.2. This agreement is governed by the laws of Philippines and the Users hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines.

18. Entire Agreement

These “Terms of Use” constitutes the entire agreement between you and iQuoth.org with respect to the subject matter hereof and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior understandings and agreements between you and iQuoth.org related to the subject matter hereof for the use of this Service.
